Nota de cata
\n<\/strong>Color cereza denso e intenso con reflejos violetas. Notas muy frescas y bals\u00e1micas sobretodo de ciruelas y frambuesas. Muy potente y voluminoso en boca. Intenso pero delicado. Complejo y con un postgusto muy largo que le confieren un agradable equilibrio entre las notas especiadas, acidez y salinidad.<\/p>\n

Maridaje
\n<\/strong>Queso, queso y queso! De todos los tipos y gustos! Perfecto como aperitivo por su suavidad, bajo grado alcoh\u00f3lico y complejidad de sabores. Evidentemente con pasta, arroces y con variedad de estilos culinarios distintos tales como el : hind\u00fa, asi\u00e1tico y naturalmente, el mediterr\u00e1neo.<\/p>\n

Notas c\u00edtricas y florales de pedernal e hinojo. Muy fresco, mineral, complejo, voluminoso y con un persistente paso en boca con final c\u00edtrico y un punto de salinidad muy agradable.
