Tasting notes
Straw yellow colour. Fine persistent bubbles. Bright appearance. Soft aging aroma with signs of flower, ripe fruit and citric. Extremely vivacious in mouth compensated with a pleasant elegance and equilibrium. The aftertaste remains to white fruits and some signs of citric. Fresh, pleasant, balanced and a fine bubbling structure.

Tasting notes
Very clean and bright color, intense red with violet notes. Persistent bubbling and a thick crown. A fresh and clean aroma, with signs of ripe fruit. Characteristic of the variety, fruity and complex. With a particular emphasis to wild fruit, above all, the strawberry and cherry. Its ageing confers it a long, balanced flow in the mouth, mantaining it fresh and lively.

Vivacious in the mouth with a correct carbonic presence. Nice equilibrium between acidity and sugars. The aftertaste is long and soft. Very clean retro nose.
