Crafted to express the terroir of the Penedès and the authentic character of our region, this cava is made using the grapes’ natural sugars and fermented with indigenous yeasts, revealing the minerality and richness of our soils.

Complex, creamy, fresh and fruity, it offers an exceptional balance between extended ageing and the vibrant freshness of Xarel·lo. Delicate notes of fennel, mint and citrus intertwine with the aromas of secondary fermentation, adding depth, richness and a distinctive Mediterranean personality.
