Tasting notes

Tasting notes

Very pale straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections. Notes of tropical fruit (passion fruit, grapefruit, banana) and soft notes of ripe fruit. At the palate it is fresh and balanced with a long, persistent and surprisingly aromatic finish.

Ideal for rice, pasta, soft cheeses, blue fish and white meats.

Nota de cata

Nota de cata

Amarillo pajizo muy pálido, con leves reflejos verdosos. Notas de fruta tropical (fruta de la pasión, pomelo, plátano) y suaves notas a fruta madura. En boca es fesco y equilibrado con final largo, persistente y sorprendentemente aromático.

Maridaje

Ideal para arroces, pasta, quesos suaves, pescado azul y carnes blancas.

Nota de cata

Color rosado pálido asalmonado, con leves reflejos violetas. En nariz es intenso con abundantes toques de fruta roja (grosellas, cerezas y fresas) y sutil recuerdo de pétalos de rosa. Bien estructurado en boca, sabroso, fesco y equilibrado. Postgusto largo y agradable.

Maridaje

Perfecto para aperitivos y platos fríos, ensaladas, verduras, carnes blancas y arroces.
