DO Penedès

DO Cava

Tradition and Glamour

Made from the Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada grape varieties and produced using the renowned traditional method of second fermentation in the bottle, these sparkling wines age for a minimum of nine months in underground cellars, in silence and complete rest. The DO Cava encompasses production areas throughout the Iberian Peninsula, although it is mainly concentrated in the Penedès sub-region.

DO Tarragona

The exact origin of the Tarragona DO is unknown. Historical evidence suggests that vineyards were already cultivated in Catalonia when Greek colonies settled further north along the Catalan coast. However, it was the Roman Empire that truly drove the development of wines in this region. Wines with character, tradition and an extraordinary history.
