Tasting notes
Intense purple colour with blue hues with bouquet of fresh fruits (blackcurrant) and a delicate note of violet. On the palate, it has crisp fruit and supple, savory structure. Raspberry, strawberry with a touch of pepper, on a long, balanced finish.

It pairs very well with sausages, rice, pasta, legumes, roasted or grilled white and red meats and stews not very seasoned.

Tasting notes
Light golden straw colour. Aromas of crisp apple, pineapple and toast are noticed first on the nose followed by a more complex creaminess that rounds out the bouquet. The palate greets the taster with vibrant acidity followed by tart flavours of pineapple, lemon and crisp apple. The finish is smooth with full palate weight and a pleasant, light balance of fruit and fresh acidity.

Pairing
It pairs well with typical Mediterranean dishes like paella, sea tapas, fresh appetizers, but also with any kind of fish or seafood as well as with white meats and smoked food.

Tasting notes
Bright yellow wine with light emerald reflections, colour very elegant and bright. It has a high aromatic intensity, with notes of ripe yellow peach and white flowers like azahar. On the palate it has a sweet and soft entry, fresh and balanced. Its ripe fruit makes it slightly unctuous, gives complexity, depth and makes it a long-lasting wine on the palate.

Pairing
It pairs well with seafood, fish dishes, different blue cheeses, and also with some red fruit or even creamy desserts.

Nota de cata

Vino de color rojo cereza con detalles caoba en su ribete, muy brillante y de capa media. En nariz es muy expresivo y agradable, con notas de fruta roja madura y notas vegetales muy características del cabernet como los pimientos asados. En boca tiene mucho cuerpo, con notas marcadas de confituras, regaliz, ligeras notas especiadas y taninos muy redondos.

Maridaje

Ideal para potenciar comidas con carnes rojas y blancas, asados, arroces sabrosos, patés, embutidos, tablas de queso.

Nota de cata
Vino de atractivo color rojo violeta muy intenso con reflejos violáceos. En nariz denota frescura, podemos encontrar notas de frutas negras, confituras de frutos rojos y notas sutiles de hierbas aromáticas mediterráneas como la menta. Aterciopelado en boca, de buena estructura que le hará evolucionar muy bien en botella. En boca se perciben notas balsámicas con toques sutiles de vainilla. Sus taninos están muy integrados y son pura delicia.

Maridaje
En el maridaje va muy bien con embutidos, arroces, pastas, legumbres, carnes blancas y rojas asadas o a la plancha y guisos no muy condimentados.

Nota de cata
Vino de color amarillo pajizo, muy luminoso con reflejos brillantes. En nariz es pura fruta con notas muy vivas de piña y pera madura y ligeros recuerdos de fruta cítrica. En boca tiene gran estructura y personalidad donde se refuerzan sus notas típicas del chardonnay, su carácter mediterráneo lo hace muy apetecible y le aporta una ligera acidez que lo hace muy refrescante y profundo a la vez.

Maridaje
Perfecto para aperitivos frescos, platos típicos de la zona mediterránea. También combina muy bien con carnes blancas, pescados frescos y ahumados y platos untuosos con salsas blancas.

Nota de cata
Vino de color amarillo brillante con ligeros reflejos esmeraldas, visualmente es muy elegante y luminoso. Alta intensidad aromática, con notas muy marcadas de melocotón amarillo maduro y flores blancas como las del naranjo. En boca tiene una entrada golosa y suave, es fresco y equilibrado. Su fruta madura lo hace ligeramente untuoso, le aporta complejidad, profundidad y lo hace ser un vino de largo recorrido.

Maridaje
Su elegancia va perfecta con frutas rojas, mariscos, platos de pescados eleborados, suquets, diferentes quesos azules, y también postres cremosos.
