Tasting notes
Intense garnet red colour, clean and bright. Fresh in the nose, elegant and well balanced, with notes of red and black fruits and spices. On the palate it displays notes of ripe fruit and black chocolate. Smooth, rounded tannins with a long, persistent finish.

Pairing
It pairs very well white and red meats, paellas o rissotto, paté, cheeses or butchery.

Tasting notes
Intense purple colour with blue hues with bouquet of fresh fruits (blackcurrant) and a delicate note of violet. On the palate, it has crisp fruit and supple, savory structure. Raspberry, strawberry with a touch of pepper, on a long, balanced finish.

Pairing
It pairs very well with sausages, rice, pasta, legumes, roasted or grilled white and red meats and stews not very seasoned.

Tasting notes
Light golden straw colour. Aromas of crisp apple, pineapple and toast are noticed first on the nose followed by a more complex creaminess that rounds out the bouquet.  The palate greets the taster with vibrant acidity followed by tart flavours of pineapple, lemon and crisp apple.  The finish is smooth with full palate weight and a pleasant, light balance of fruit and fresh acidity.


Pairing
It pairs well with typical Mediterranean dishes like paella, sea tapas, fresh appetizers, but also with any kind of fish or seafood as well as with white meats and smoked food.

Tasting notes
Bright yellow wine with light emerald reflections, colour very elegant and bright. It has a high aromatic intensity, with notes of ripe yellow peach and white flowers like azahar. On the palate it has a sweet and soft entry, fresh and balanced. Its ripe fruit makes it slightly unctuous, gives complexity, depth and makes it a long-lasting wine on the palate.

Pairing
It pairs well with seafood, fish dishes, different blue cheeses, and also with some red fruit or even creamy desserts.
