Nariz: Very fresh and balsamic aromas of plums and raspberries.
Boca: In the mouth it is powerful and rich, but delicate. Complex and long aftertaste with a nice equilibrium of acidity, spices and salinity.
Cheese, cheese and cheese! Also, any kind of appetizer as well as rice, pasta or white meats. Versatile wine: to drink alone or to pair with many different kinds of cuisine, including Indian, Asian and Mediterranean.

Vista: Straw yellow colour with green nuances, bright and with a fine tear.
Nariz: Varietal aromas, with a strong fresh fruit presence. Citric and floral notes of flint and fennel.
Boca: Very fresh, mineral and persistent passing through the mouth with fruity and citric acid sensations. Refreshing and salty aftertaste.
Ideal to pair with soft cheese, blue and coast fish as well as any kind of rice or pasta, Mediterranean style and white meat. Super to drink alone due to its nice level of acidity and salinity.
